You get together with some friends to study.
If youre like me, you cant stand the silence and need some background music.
The good news is that Zoom has an option toshare your computers audio-only.
But, sometimes, all you want to do is share your computers audio.
A new window will appear with different options.
double-check to hit theAdvanced tabat the top, followed by theComputer audiooption.
Dont forget to hit thedropdown menunear theComputer audiooption.
With this option, you could share stereo sound.
Youll also see a stop share option in red.
So, when youre ready to stop sharing the audio, simply press that to stop it.
it’s possible for you to do this by going to prefs by clicking on yourprofile picture.
Click onSettingsand then hit theAudio tabon the left.
Look for theSuppress background noisesection and double-check you select theLowoption.
These mics will give you much better audio than the mic on your laptop or Android gear.
Thats going to be a lot better than the mic on your laptop.
In the Audio setting on the Zoom client.
Besides how much background noise can be heard, you’re free to optimize the mic.
But, verify that you dont use both, or youll get an echo.
The same thing will happen if someone who is on the same Zoom call is too close to you.
Also, see to it the mic isnt too close or too far from you for the best audio.
you’re free to also try the Zoom extension called Krisp.
It removes background noise.
So, if your environment is usually boisterous, this is a great option.
Maybe your mic already has the features, and you don need any additional enhancement.
If youre using the desktop client, hit yourprofile picture, followed by theSettingsoption.
select theAudio tab, and underMusic and Professional Audio, choose the box for theOriginal Soundoption.
Youll now see how three audio options appear.
If youre on your Android unit, youll need to pop kick open the app andtap on the cogwheel.
Go toSettings, followed by Meetings.
At the top,Under Audio, tap theUse Original Audio.
