To dive into the configs, hit your user icon in the top-right corner, then hit configs.
To access Zooms tweaks, punch your user icon, then on tweaks in the dropdown menu.
This setting will apply to all future and any current meetings when changed.
Enable Hide non-video participants in the Video prefs.
