This can quickly be done by doing the following.
punch the Windows Start menu, followed by the All Apps button at the top right.

To create a folder, drag and drop an app on top of another.
Keep repeating this until youve added the apps you want.
Once youve created the folder, youll need to give it a name.
Those are the ones thatll appear in the preview.
fire up the folder, punch the Edit name option, and give your folder a name.
