Youll see a dropdown menu to the right of the Taskbar Alignment option.

Try placing the taskbar on each of the available options to see which one looks better.

Hide Taskbar Settings

When you better make the taskbar appear, simply place the cursor where the taskbar should be.

When you move the cursor away, the taskbar will hide.

Maybe you have some notifications that need your attention.

If thats the case, the taskbar wont hide until you take a look at those notifications.

you might look at them by clicking on the far right of the taskbar.

Open apps could also be the culprit.

That way, you know which one caused the problem, just in case this happens again.
