The Photos app in Windows 10 can be used to both view and manage your photo library.

Right-click on the album that you want to delete, then click “Remove” from the context menu.
Delete a photo album
To delete an album, you first need to fire up the Photos app.
To do so, press the Windows key, punch in Photos and hit enter.
Next, youll want to press the albums tab.
right-choose the album you want to delete then select Remove from the context menu.

Youll get a confirmation window asking to confirm that you want to delete the album.
Click Remove to delete the album.

fire up the tweaks to remove a source folder that imports pictures into Photos.
smack the X icon to the right of the source folder that you want to remove.
nudge the relevant X icon to remove a source folder.
A confirmation window will appear to confirm that you want to remove the source folder.
Click Remove Folder to remove the source folder from Photos.
Click Remove Folder to confirm that you want to remove the source folder and its contents from Photos.
