Thanks to theWindows 10 Action Center, you have quick access to various options.
One of those options is the Bluetooth option.
But, when you went to enable, it wasnt there.
Theres no need to want toturn off the Action Center.
Hopefully, you wont have to try too many methods and find the one that works for you quickly.
Use the Troubleshooter
Lets go with the troubleshooter first.
You never know; this might be all you gotta recover the Bluetooth icon.
To reach the troubleshooter, go to:
The process shouldnt take too long.
When its open, key in in the following command:msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic.
tap on theNext buttonat the bottom right.
The troubleshooter will display the problems it was able to find.
hit the to see what the solution is.
Maybe youre not seeing the Bluetooth option because it’s crucial that you expand the menu.
hit the Expand option to see theBluetooth option.
If that didnt help, you could try enabling the shortcut manually.
Once youre in Notifications and Actions, punch where it says Edit your quick actions.
When the Properties window appears, double-hit Bluetooth Support Service.
Look for Service Status at the bottom.
If its disabled, then that could explain everything.
For a reboot, click stop and start.
Where it says Startup pop in, verify its set to Automatic.
Dont forget to tap on the Apply button to save what youve changed.
