Disable Fast Startup

If you cant uncheck Fast Startup, tap on the optionChange prefs that are currently unavailable.

To use this command, go to Start and enterShutdown /s /t 0.

choose what the power button does

Hit Enter and this command will shut down your machine immediately.

Alternatively, it’s possible for you to also launch the Power Troubleshooter from the Control Panel.
