tap on theWindows Startmenu and click onSettings.
Once youre in prefs, choose the Windows Update option at the bottom left.
select Advanced options under the More options section.
In Advanced Options, go to Additional options and select Delivery Optimization.
Enabling the Allow downloads from other PCs option is also a good idea.

Ensure that the options are chosen and tap on the Advanced options setting.
Look for the Download options section and chose the option that says Absolute bandwidth.

Once you make these changes, youll have the bandwidth under control.
