Did you know you’ve got the option to delete messages in WhatsApp even after youve sent them?
Its a cool feature that was added a while back.
You have several options when it comes to deleting your messages.
First, you should probably opt for message in question.
Whether its your own message or someone elses, press and hold the message until it highlights.
The way to delete messages differs based on the phone youre using.
Use the trashcan symbol at the top right.
Youll be prompted again to see to it you want to delete the message.

The options you have depend on a few different things.
If youve selected a message sent by someone else, you might only choose the Delete for Me option.
This will remove the message from your chat, but not anybody elses.
If youve selected an older message of your own, youll see the same Delete for Me option.
Dont worry, your message wont be gone just yet.
Depending on what sort of message youve selected, youll see different options.
If youve selected someone elses message, youll only see the Delete for Me option.
In doing so, the message is removed from everyones chats.
