If you have a subscription to an annual program, itll just say Microsoft 365 under Subscription Product.
If you dont have a subscription, you should see a build number instead.

Go toSettings(located at the bottom) and once youre in controls, swipe all the way down.
Thats where youll find the version of Microsoft 365 youre running.
The version number should be there.
