To get there, you first need to tap on the workspace name in the top-right corner.
In the default prefs tab, press the Expand button for the Email address display prefs.
Click Expand next to Email address display in the default configs tab.
Select No one then click Save.
Email addresses are a piece of personal information and should generally be treated as private.
