These channels wont necessarily be the same for everyone as everyone has different skill sets and interests.
Nevertheless, it’s possible for you to configure some channels in the server as being the default.
Default channels are automatically joined by new user accounts, although new default channels are not retroactively joined automatically.
Or a channel hub that lists all channels to help users see whats available.
To get there, you first need to hit the workspace name in the top-right corner.
Next, in the dropdown menu, select configs & administration.
Then go to Workspace options to bring up the workspace options in a new tab.
To get to the workspace customizations configs, punch the workspace name in the sidebar.
Then select options & administration and Workspace options.
In the default controls tab, hit the Expand button for the Default channels controls.
Click Expand next to Default channels in the default parameters tab.
In the textbox, select one of the suggested channels or start typing to narrow down the results.
It is already always marked as default.
Configure the list of default channels, then click Save.
By configuring Slacks default channels, you could ensure that users are added to various channels by default.
They join the workspace, which can offer useful information.
