Two-factor authentication adds a second stage of needing to prove you have permission to access an account.
Its much more complicated to know someones password and have their phone to be able to access their accounts.
This approach is known as Something you know and something you have.
press parameters then switch to the Security tab and click Enable Two-Factor Authentication in the top-left corner.
Download whichever app you want to use, then scan the QR code that is presented on the webpage.
Finally, youll be presented with a list of recovery codes.
These codes can be used to regain access to your account if you lose access to your 2FA gadget.
