There are many programs and mobile apps you’re free to use to add a blur effect.
For example, Google Meet allows its users toblur their backgroundsfor more privacy.
On Android, theres an app that allows you toblur faceson any video.
Choose the source from where you want to add your image.
Once youve added the image, you should see theCorrectionsoption to your left.
If you dont, hit the image until you see it.
grab the Picture Corrections option at the bottom.
Youll see different picture Corrections to the right.
The fifth option on the second row is the blur effect.
hit it, and the effect will be added.
