But, there are times when those places dont even exist anymore.
The good news is that its possible.
First, youll need to downloadGoogle Earth Pro for PC or Macto start enjoying this feature.
Once the download process is done, launch the file.
In the upper left-hand corner, key in in the address for an area you want to see.
Once you put the cursor on the icon, youll see the words Show historical imagery below.
select it, and right below the clock icon, a time slider will appear.
The year will be displayed right above the slider.
As you use the slider, youll see what year youll be landing on.
Dont be surprised if the area you choose doesnt have historical images.
Its not available for all areas.
For example, have you ever wanted to see what the Hollywood area looked like in the 80s?
Or it can help you out with a school project.
Simply use the slider to the year youre interested in.
After that youre good to go.
