When the side-menu slides out, tap on thePeople Nearbyoption.
Telegram will need access to your location to use this feature.
Just because you allow Telegram access, it doesnt mean that youre going to be visible right away.
At the top of the list, youll see the option to make yourself visible.
Right below the persons name, youll see how far away they are from you.
Swipe all the way down, and youll see near-by groups.
This means that youll see groups that were created near your location.
Tap on the Create a Local Group option.
