Once the app is done installing, you will be greeted with a Welcome to WhatsApp.

Tap on Restore, and the process should only take about a minute or two.
This is a precaution you only have to take if you have more than one account.
Dont forget that your phone will only save a weeks worth of chats.
The backups will also be made automatically every day at 2:00 am.
