Reset Frozen Chromebook

But its usually one of the following.
These steps should not wipe data from your machine.
Some models will have a reset hole located somewhere on the equipment.
Use a paper clip to press inside the hole to reset.
Simply press and hold the Powerbutton until the Chromebook shuts off.
you could then turn it back on.
Factory Reset Chromebook
These steps will wipe data from your gadget.
you’re free to sync that data back to your machine if desired.
To factory reset your Chromebook, perform either of these two options.
Open a Chrome internet tool window.

I had to perform a factory reset when my Chromebook stopped pairing with Bluetooth devices.
