However, not all might help you get the color code from a website or an app.

Theyll allow you to pick and use the color within their window.

Step 1: Take ascreenshot of the websiteor the app.

Step 2: OpenCanvaon a web app (or app on your mobile equipment).

Select the color tool

Select a canvas and upload the image.

Step 3: Next, open anycolor-related tool, text, draw, elements, etc.

Select thecolor boxfrom the top bar.

Use eyedropper to pick the color

Step 5: Click + Add a new color icon.

Step 6: Select thecolor pickerandclick/tapto choose the desired color.

Method 3.

Select More Tools and then Eyedropper

Although its a bit hidden, so lets uncover the hack.

Step 1: LaunchFirefoxand kick off the website you want to pick a color from.

Tap thethree-line iconfrom the top right corner.

Step 3: Now, simplymove your cursorto the color you want to identify.

Use Chrome Developer Tools to Pick Colors

The color picker tool of Google Chrome is quite limited.

So, you cant get any color-related information about imported elements like logos, images, etc.
