This option is beneficial when youre in a meeting where you dont know everyone.
To remove the name before a meeting, choose thecogwheelat the top right and go toVideo tweaks.
Using Zoom on your rig is a lot better than from an Android gear.
Even if you enable this option mid-meeting, it wont change anything.
For example, on your Android, you might only see four participants per page.
Theres no way to see everyone at once.
