As great as the equipment is, its not perfect.
It freezes at times.
There have been several occasions where mine has been stuck on a retrieving screen.
Other times, the machine wont start properly.
When you have problems with the Roku, the best solution is usually a soft reset.
If that doesnt fix the issues, a factory hard reset will usually do the trick.

Soft Reset
A soft reset will simply restart the Roku without losing data or configs.
This will clear all data off the Roku and reset it to factory default parameters.
