Enable or disable offline files with these steps.
If you arent sure which version you have, you might find out easily.
Press the Windows key and key in system information.
Only Pro, Enterprise and Education do.
To do so, press the Windows key on your keyboard and pop in mobsync.

Press the enter key, and your Sync Centre will open.
On the left side, youll see several options to choose from press the one labelled Manage offline files.

A new window labelled Offline files will open.
Here, you have a few options.
The first button allows you to enable or disable offline files.
Of course, if they are already off, you cant turn them off and vice versa.
Tip: so you can change this setting, you gotta have full administrator rights.
choose the en/disabling button in the general tab, then choose Yes at the bottom.
Tip: Before restarting, ensure you have all important documents saved, so you wont lose any data!
