I cannot survive without the Samsung Notes app on my Samsung Galaxy S10, thats for sure.
you might copy text frommostof the apps (and Internet pages) on your gear.
Sadly, there is no full list of apps that disallow copying or I would share it with you.
It is just a matter of trial and error.
