Compressing files is something that has been done for quite some time.
Its a beneficial process since it can dramatically reduce the size of the file that you want to send.
Unfortunately, Android doesnt have an integrated option that allows you to compress files.
Therefore, youre always going to need the help of a third-party app.
Once youve installed the app, you could either select to compress an entire folder or specific files.
opt for files you want to add by tapping on the empty box to the right.
By long-pressing on the box of the file, you want to add a series of options will appear.
The select all option is useful if you want to add a lot of files.
Once youve chosen your files, tap on the Archive button.
Its the option with the stacked files with the plus sign on it.
ensure you choose the ZIP option.
The final step would be to tap on the OK button.
Now that youve compressed your file, where is it?
You should be able to see your file as soon as the process is done.
To send the file, select it, and tap on the three dots at the top right.
The send option will be the fourth one down.
But, where will you find the file in the RAR app?
