You venture to cut back, but theres always something that makes you unlock your phone.
Tap anywhere on the circle to go to the Dashboard.
You should see how much time youve spent on each app and total screen time.
Youll also see how many times youve unlocked your phone and how many notifications youve received as well.
Dont worry if you dont get it on the first tap, it may take a tap or two.
