you could send invites to your associates and co-workers to join your team.
Then choose controls from the sidebar.
Under configs, scroll down to Team and Users.
It would include team features such as Sequences and Analytics.
The next title that you will see in this section is to invite teammates.
They will become members of your Polymail team, once they have accepted your invitation request.
Whenever, a new team member joins your team, you will be charged for it.
By mentioning the name, the conversation gets shared with that person.
Sharing Email Conversations
you could determine who would be able to see your shared conversation.
By tweaking the share controls, you could decide who can see your email conversation.
to get to do this, pick the Share option available at the top right portion of your email.
Next, a small window pops up containing the share link.
Below the share link you will see an option Change this, which would let you modify sharing permissions.
Once this is done, you might press the blue-colored Copy option to copy the conversation link.
Polymail also allows you to adjust the sharing permissions for a shared email conversation at any given time.
you could navigate to Team Analytics by clicking the Analytics icon at the bottom left portion of the utility.
In Polymail Team Analytics you might decide the categories for which you need the statistics.
All you have to do is disable particular categories that are not important for you.
This would show the statistics of the remaining categories that are relevant to you.
