The good news is that Google Photos allows you to alter the location of your pictures and video.

Once its open, choose the info icon.
Once you press the info icon, a side-window will appear with data about your image.

To the right of the location, youll see a pencil icon.
choose it, and the location of the picture will be highlighted in blue ready for you to change.
As you punch in the name of the new location, Google Photos will show you some suggestions.
Simply press the one you want to add.
Youll also notice how the map at the bottom will now show you your new location.
launch the Google Photos app and launch the picture whose location you want to change.
Tap on the dots at the top right and then Swipe up until you reach the Location section.
