To allow these messages to be available for longer, Duo automatically saves them to your gear.
To pop kick open the prefs, tap on the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner.
choose the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the web tool to launch the parameters.
Once in the options, smack the slider labeled Save messages to the Off position.
This will prevent Google Duo from automatically saving media files to your unit.
You will still be able to download media files that have not yet expired manually.
The setting will be applied across all platforms, so you only need to disable it once.
