What are Page Breaks in Google Docs?
it’s possible for you to use this feature to move that content in your file to another sheet.
This is useful when youre writing about topics and what everything about one topic to be on one page.
Now youre ready to add a page break.
The side menu is going to show you three options.
Thepage breakoption drops the text after the cursor on a new page.
The Page Break option wont display a line of any sort.
When you choose this option, youll simply notice that a new page has been created.
The section break will be there, but you must follow some additional steps to see it.
To see the section breaks youve added, press theView tabat the top and choose theShow section breaksoption.
After that, youll see the dotted lines thatll separate all your section.
If you ever want to hide them again, follow the same steps and snag the Show section breaks.
This will remove the check mark and hide the breaks again.
No option will remove all the page breaks youve added.
Its something youre going to need to do with each one youve added.
This can be time-consuming if youve added a lot of them.
If youve recently created the break, you’re free to remove it by going toEdit > Undo.
If not, youll need to follow the previously mentioned instructions.
