Have you ever typed your headline and ended up on the next page when you started typing the paragraph?

The fewer pages you have to print, the better, right?
Once youve selected them, hit the Line spacing button at the top.
Its the button that has an arrow pointing in both directions and three lines to the right.
Its also highlighted in the image below.
But, you never know if you might need it in the future.
So, its always good to know how to use it.
To do this, highlight the paragraphs you want to always keep together.
Once youve chosen them, punch theLine Spacingbutton again.
But, this time, choose the Keep Lines Together option.
you’re able to also go toFormat > Line Spacing > Keep Lines Together.
As long as youre there, youll also see an option calledPrevent single lines.
