choose the comment icon on the top.
Once the comment is added, youll also see three dots to the right.
If you ever need to erase the comment, heres where youll find the option.
When you reply the other person will get a notification letting them know about your comment and an email.
Hide the Comments
In viewing mode you wont be able to make any changes.
If you see that you gotta make some changes, youll need to switch to Editing Mode again.
you might also make the comment go away by resolving them.
Lets say you suggested something in a comment.
Youre going to see a check mark to the side of your comment or an X.
By clicking on the check mark youre resolving the comment.
If you want to erase it, youll need to pick the dots and choose that optoin.
When you fix the comment it goes away.
you’ve got the option to also suggest an edit.
Lets say that youre both editor in this file.
Youll also see an emoji icon so you could respond that way if youd like.
Youll see the option to reject them all or accept.
