There have been a few occasions where I have lost all prefs in Google Chrome.
It usually is related to my Chrome profile data being corrupt.
The Chrome web client stores options for each user in a folder on the hard drive.
There are a few things you might attempt to have a go at recover your lost Google Chrome tweaks.
