Realistically the ideal number of emails to be loaded primarily depends on your internet speed.
As such 50 has been chosen by Google as a good option for everyone.
You may find for your situation though that this number isnt ideal.
you’re able to configure the number of emails shown at one time by going into Gmails tweaks.
choose the cogwheel icon, then on See all tweaks.
The available options are 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, and 100 emails per page.
Once youve made your selection, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Unfortunately, Google doesnt offer an infinite scrolling option.
