Not being able to find all your contacts on Microsoft Teams can be really annoying.

One reason why Teams cant find your contacts is that Outlook contacts failed to sync or import to Teams.
Go toFindand open theGlobal Address Book.
Then it’s possible for you to select all the users and clickAdd to contacts.
Or you’re free to select individual users if you dont need to import all the contacts.
This feature is called scoped search.
If its enabled, turn it off and look to see if Teams can find your contacts now.
If you dont have access to the admin center, contact your IT admin.
Keep in mind that this method works whether your contact is affiliated with a company or not.
Teams wont sync contacts that dont have a telephone number.
