Your admin needs to enable theEmail integrationfeature under Teams org-wide prefs.
Dont forget to press Space after whitelisting specific email addresses or domains.
Otherwise, Teams wont save the controls.
Maybe the channel moderation option has been enabled.
choose the problematic channel, selectFiles, and then hit theSyncbutton.
Then launch a new internet tool tab in private mode and sign in to Teams Online.
