As you already know, LastPass Free recently dropped cross-platform support.
You now need to choose the class of devices you want to sync login information on.

If you use Chrome, click onMore options(the three dots) and go toMore tools.
Hit theDetailsbutton and click theUpdateoption at the top.
Then, go to More options again, clickHelpand selectAbout Google Chrome.
If theres a newer version available, install it on your gadget and cycle your web app.
Check Your LastPass controls
Maybe your LastPass controls are to blame for this problem.
ensure the password manager is properly installed on all your browsers.
Check your options and ensure LastPass is allowed to jump into the websites youre visiting.
On your web client, go back toExtensionsand hit theDetailsbutton again.
Scroll down toSite accessand ensure LastPass can access all the sites.
Additionally, toggle on the Incognito Mode option if you want to activate the extension in private mode.
