Oftentimes, this problem is resulting from incorrect audio prefs.
Maybe GoToMeeting is simply sending audio to the wrong rig.
Using the wrong audio gear can affect your ability to hear the other attendees and the other way around.
If you use GoToMeeting online, navigate toSettings, go toAudioand check your current audio configuration.
Check your GoToMeeting audio mode.
If you use the GoToMeeting desktop app, double-check your audio mode before joining the meeting.
For example, if you want to use your computers built-in microphone and speakers, selectComputer Mode.
And see to it to shut down the option I dont need audio.
Then manually opt for audio devices you want to use.
Dont skip this step if you have multiple audio devices connected to your machine.
Then click onWebcamand tweak your video tweaks as well.
The app will automatically use these tweaks for all your meetings.
