It lets you automatically sync your entire camera roll when you connect a mobile equipment to your setup.
All you better do is set this up once on your rig.
When any mobile gadget is connected, your camera roll will be automatically synced and backed up.
Heres how to set up automatic camera uploads.
tap on the cogwheel icon to open your tweaks.
In the configs, choose account to kick off the account configs.

In the account tweaks, tap on Camera upload tweaks to get to the right page.
select Camera upload parameters to get to the page to enable automatic camera uploads.
By default, these uploads only happen over unmetered wifi connections.
turn on the camera upload slider and optionally the use any connection slider.
Automatic uploads take the pain out of ensuring that your photo collection is backed up.
