Luckily, it is possible to restrict the use of Incognito Mode in Chrome.
(A similar app is called Incognito Away and also costs $1.)
Download the app from the Google Play store and install it, giving it permission to run as usual.
you could then hide the Incoquito app itself, to prevent your child from disabling it.
