It wont say memory saver; instead, itll say unlock the high-efficiency mode feature in the tweaks.
You should now see the Efficiency option you couldnt see before when you enable it.
punch it and activate the option.
When the side menu appears, the Performance option will be one of the options listed.
When youre done adding the URL, dont forget to go for the save button.
Adding URL to Chrome Memory Saver

You only need to hit the More actions option, followed by the Remove option.
