For accounts on most websites, youll just need a username and a password to sign in.

Some sites, however, may have a more complex sign-in form.

In these cases, one of Bitwardens killer features, custom fields, can be particularly helpful.

Custom fields allow you to create and name new variables in an entry that can also be auto-filled.

Alternatively, you could choose to use the Clone entry feature to copy the existing structure of an entry.

Cloning an entry takes a copy of the entry as it is.

you’ve got the option to then edit either the original or the cloned copy entirely independently.

To do so, tap on the Bitwarden extension icon.

Next, find the entry you want to clone and click View.

pop fire up extension pane, then click View on the entry you want to clone.

When youre viewing the entry, you want to clone, scroll to the bottom and click Clone item.

Click Clone item at the bottom of the entry page.

Now you just need to change the details you want to, then click Save in the top-right.

Edit the cloned entry to contain the new details you want to be saved, then click Save.

Youll now see the Add item form with all the details cloned entry pre-filled.

Edit the details you want to change and click Save.
