once you nail the tweaks app open, go to connection and Internet.
Near the bottom, youll see the Hotspot and tethering option.
Tap on it and then on the WiFi hotspot option at the top.
On the next page, toggle on the WiFi hotspot to start sharing your Internet connection.
Tap on Hotspot name so your friends can quickly identify which one is your WiFi connection.
There, youll also find the option to add a password and a timeout setting.
Here your friends will see all the available WiFi connections, including yours.
