You might have accidentally hit the mute button, and thats why there is no sound on Chrome.
Fix 2: Check Chrome Sound configs
Google Chrome comes with a native setting to disable sound.
find out if youve enabled it.
Step 1: In Chrome, typechrome://controls/content/soundin the address bar.
It will take you directly to the sound configs of Chrome.
Alternatively, go toChrome configs > Site configs (under Privacy and Security) > Sound.
Step 2:Turn onAllow Sites to play sound (recommended).
That means all sites can play music.
Next, verify that the particular website isnt added under Mute.
If its there, remove it.
Step 3: Close Chrome andrestartit.
The sound should be back on Chrome.
Step 1:pop launch the tab in Chrome that doesnt have sound.
Step 2:Right-clickon the sound icon in the taskbar and choose OpenVolume Mixer.
Step 3: Ensure Chrome isnot on muteand volume levels are reasonably high.

Step 2:You will find your connected speakers or headphones listed under thePlayback tabin Sound configs.
hit the respectivespeaker/headphonename and hit theConfigurebutton.
Step 3:You will be taken to the Speaker Setup screen.
ChooseStereounder Audio channels and hit theNextbutton.
Complete the rest of the setup without changing anything.
By the end, the sound will be back on Chrome.
Step 1:Go toWindows parameters(from the Start Menu), followed bySystem > Sound.
Alternatively, typeSound settingsin Windows search.
Step 2: Under Sound parameters, tap on the drop-down box underOutputand choose thecorrect speaker.
Test the sound on Chrome.
If the issue is fixed, all is good.
Step 4:If Chrome is listed under Apps, make sureDefaultis selected under the Output drop-down box.
Also, check thevolume slider.
It should be high or 100.
