Step 1:Press theWindows key + Ito open tweaks.
Navigate toTime & language>Date & time.
Step 2:Turn on the toggle forSet time automatically.
Step 2:Under Date & Time, check the box forSet date and time automatically.
Then, use the drop-down menu to opt for preferred time server.
To ensure that Chrome is fetching a fresh copy of web pages,dump the existing cache and cookies.
To do so, pressCtrl + Shift + Deleteto launch the Clear browsing data panel.
SelectAll timein the Time range section and check the boxes forCookies and other site dataandCached images and files.
Then, hitClear data.
If you suspect that, try turning off all the extensions and see if it helps.
In Chrome, typechrome://extensionsin the URL bar and hitEnter.
Then, use the toggles to disable all your extensions one by one.
Restart the online window after this and see if the error occurs again.

Step 3:Scroll down to theAdvancedsection and enable theUse secure DNSoption.

you could also configure Chrome to ignore such SSL connection errors entirely.
For that, typechrome://flagsin the address bar and pressEnter.
Search for theAllow invalid certificates for resources loaded from localhostflag.
Click thedrop-down menunext to it and selectEnabled.
