Press and hold thepower buttonandlong-tap on Power offto reboot the machine into safe mode.
If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, it indicates one of your apps is causing the problem.
Reboot your unit normally and uninstall recently installed apps until youve identified the culprit.
Doing this will reset any misconfiguration causing the problem.
Go toSettings > Back up and reset > Reset Phoneand reset all the configs.
