Press and hold thepower buttonandlong-tap on Power offto reboot the gear into safe mode.
If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, it indicates one of your apps is causing the problem.
Reboot your gadget normally and uninstall recently installed apps until youve identified the culprit.
Doing this will reset any misconfiguration causing the display to turn purple.
On iPhone
Go toSettings > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All parameters.
On Android
Go toSettings > Back up and reset > Reset Phoneand reset all the parameters.
