Fix 1: Unmute Voice Navigation
Ensure voice navigation isnt on mute.
Tap on thespeakericon, and select theunmutedoption.
On Android
OpenSettings > Apps > Maps > Storage Usageand tapClear cache.
On iPhone
Offloading an app, and re-installing it clears the cache on iPhone.
OpenSettings > General > Storage > Google Maps.
Tap onOffload App, and thenRe-drop in the app.
